Genedco Services provides highly personalized property management services to Landlords and Tenants in Northumberland County. Company founder and advisor to Rick Riley, President,, Pat Sanderson, enjoys a considerable background in accounting (she is both a C.G.A. and a C.M.A.) specializing in tax issues. Pat is a licensed Paralegal, is a past Chapter President of the Liftlock Chapter of The Society of Management Accountants of Ontario and, as an advocate of continuing education, has taught at various community colleges and has helped entrepreneurs develop their businesses.

In the mid 1990's the Company shifted its focus to concentrate fully on the ever more complex issues of property management.
  • Condominium management was becoming more specialized and subject to increasing and sometimes confusing legislation.
  • The new Tenant Protection Act was being discussed and drafted by the Provincial Government.

Today, Genedco Services is the reputable property management company of choice representing several hundred units throughout Northumberland County.

President Rick Riley is continuing the philosophies and business practices established by the company's founder. With years of management experience, entrepreneurial success and building maintenance experience Rick is committed to ensuring that Genedco remains the Property Management company of choice in Northumberland County.

We liaise with Condominium owners and Condominium Corporation's Boards of Directors to ensure that all parties are kept current with changes to the Ontario Condominiums Act and the Tenant Protection Act.

We believe that an educated Board of Directors is an effective Board - and that an educated owner is a responsible one.
