Come meet the people that make up  Genedco Property Management. Our staff is dedicated to make your experience a positive one! We are a committed and personable team who strive for perfection.

Carl Fletcher has been the owner of Genedco since 2016 and is a licensed Condominium Manager working towards his RCM designation. Carl has vast knowledge of building codes, general contracting, and customer service skills. Carl has owned and managed several commercial and residential properties, sat on various condo boards and has diverse business experience as the former owner of Northumberland’s premier hearing centre and working in high level national sales roles.

Dave Blakely originally started with Property Management Plus (PMP) in 2010 and then when Genedco bought PMP in 2012 he continued on with Genedco.  His over 30 years experience in property management has been a great asset to the Genedco team. He was the former Director of Prudential Insurance’s $455 million dollar real estate portfolio where he took the lead role in the accounting administration and financial reporting of 49 properties consisting of 6.3 million square feet. Dave has a degree in Urban and Land Economics and the University of British Columbia with a specialty in property management. He is also a former Certified General Accountant.

  • Oversees Condominium Corporation’s finances

  • Provides Boards with Financial updates & reports

  • Creates Condominium Budgets

  • Deals with external accounting firms for Condominium audits

  • Handles Genedco Payables & Receivables

Margaret Grozelle has been with Genedco since 2007 when she was hired by the founding owner.  She has worked in both the Rental and Condominium departments and has a wealth of knowledge on the properties we manage.  Since returning from her last maternity leave in early 2018 she has become the point person on the new Condo Act changes and helping Corporations ensure compliance.  She holds a Diploma from Centennial College in the customer service field. 

Margaret Grozelle – Condominium Authority Executive


  • Provides information on The Condo Act and The Condo Authority of Ontario

  • Oversees all record requests

  • Provides direction and assistance to Directors in regards to director training

  • Oversees updates of Condominium contact lists

  • Arranges budget, owner & annual general meetings

Steve Balzan has been with Genedco since 2018 and brings his years of experience in the construction industry.

Angela Carr has been with Genedco since 2017 and brought her years of experience in the administration role.  She holds a diploma in Office Administration from Asimco College.

  • Main staff contact with contractors and insurance companies

  • Prepares contracts and status certificates

Chantale Balzan has been with Genedco since 2017 and brought her years of experience in the accounting field.  She holds a diploma in Accounting from Sheridan College.

  • Deals with collection of Condominium fees

Brandon Gignac started at Genedco in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience in property management of high rise apartment buildings and comes to Genedco from a large property management company in Toronto. Brandon holds an advanced diploma in Business Administration. He has experience working with contractors and troubleshooting maintenance issues.

  • Collects Rent payments and disburses funds to Landlords
